In order to withdraw funds using a UnionPay card for the first time, you need to follow the next simple steps:
1. Visit our web-site and log in to your ForexClub account.
2. In the Trader’s menu, click the "Funds" tab.
3. Select "Withdraw Funds" to start the withdrawal.
4. Select the wallet for the funds to be withdrawn from.
5. Select "China UnionPay" as the withdrawal method.
6. Choose the option "+ Upload Payment Details".
7. Fill in the relevant withdrawal information following the instructions on the screen.
8. Provide photos of the front and back of your UnionPay card, as well as bank statements (if any).
9. After completing the information, click "Submit" and your withdrawal application will enter the review process.
10. After the review is passed, you can use UnionPay card to withdraw funds.
